MY JOURNEY

My journey started properly in 2018. For a very long time before this, I wanted to change my body. Why didn't I do it sooner? Not only was I lazy, but I had no idea where to start. I wasted a lot of my time wishing for it but not taking action.

2018 I took my first photos, I was devastated but I also knew it was time to make a real change. I was nervous, but I was determined so I took that dreaded leap and found the weights area in the gym. 

My progress went up and down, I didn't know how to control my food and I wasn't sure what I was doing in the gym! I kept at it, I tried new things and I very quickly fell in love with lifting weights. I learned that I didn't need to restrict myself from the food I love, but that I could fit it all into my diet if I did it properly. 

Every day I would wake up feeling HAPPIER and HEALTHIER. I completely transformed myself both physically and mentally, and thats when I realised I was going to become a personal trainer and help people make the change that I did.
